THE FINAL TENWhy were these ten presidents ranked as possibly the worst presidents in US history?
|
Why Only 40?
Zachary Taylor
Taylor was not included in this list because of his sudden death in 1850. He died less than a year into his first term. Grover Cleveland
Cleveland is currently the only president to serve his two terms non-consecutively. Therefore he is often considered the 22nd and 24th president. His two terms are combined and included on this list. |
James Garfield
Like Taylor, Garfield was unfortunately assassinated during the first six months of his presidency. Donald Trump
Trump is currently the 45th president of the United States. Because he is still early into his presidency, he is kept off of the list. |
William Henry Harrison
Harrison, like many on the list of presidents that were not included, died early in his presidency. He died just 31 days into office of pneumonia. |
